Yes, shipping is available worldwide.
Shipping is Free for all orders and includes a tracking number.
Extra charges are only for choosing “pay on delivery” +3€ (available Only for Shipping in Greece) or in case you choose DHL Express delivery +16€ (available only for International shipping).
For domestic shipping (Greece only) you can choose between DHL, Speedex or Elta Courier.
In case you choose the “pay on delivery” option, shipping is available only with Speedex or Elta Courier.
International Shipping (free) is through the Greek National Post office (Elta) or if you chose to upgrade Shipping with DHL Express with an additional fee of 16€.
When your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number. Please keep track of your order, as each country has different delivery times and processes.
All products need 1-3 business days to prepare for shipping.

An order can be canceled only before we ship. To cancel please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with a note cancel order and your order number.
Yes you can return your order for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product(s). In this case you will have to pay the return shipping cost. You can choose any way or any company to return the item, but a tracking number will be required (as it was when sent to you). Also, any receipt or invoice that was included in the package must be included too.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping can be brutal sometimes … In this case you have nothing to worry about, all we need is to e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org your order number along with photos of the item with the packaging. We will make sure a brand-new product is sent for free asap.

Of course! A box to tick for gift wrap is available at an extra cost of 2.00 euro on each product. It appears as soon as you choose the product under the add to card button.
Yes there is! At checkout, you will be asked for your shipping address. If you wish to send it to someone else please tick the box “Ship to a different address?” You write the address you want it shipped to and then there is a question: “Should we include the receipt in the package? ” Choose: “Yes, include it” If you just want it shipped to a different address or “No do not include the receipt in the package, this is a gift” if you want it to be a gift.
