Yes, shipping is available worldwide.
Only exception is countries that are in an emergency state (like war or natural disaster occasions)

For domestic shipping (Greece only) you can choose between Box Now, Speedex, Elta Courier or DHL.

In case you choose the “pay on delivery” option, shipping is available only with Box Now, Speedex or Elta Courier, with extra fee.

International Shipping is through the Greek National Post office (Elta.gr) and the recipient’s country national post.
Also, there is an option for shipping with FedEx international or DHL Express with an additional fee.

When your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number. Please keep track of your order, as each country has different delivery times and processes.

All products need 1-3 business days to prepare for shipping.

When they ship, they need:

For Greece: 1-5 business days (depending on the location).

For European Union: 3-12 business days.

USA and the Rest of the World: 5-21 business days.

In case you choose FedEx International: 2-10 business days worldwide.

In case you choose  DHL Express: 1-8 business days worldwide.

*The days you see above are only estimates based on the time for delivery as given by the companies we ship in combination with our overall shipping experience until now. They are only estimates and do Not include any delays on customs or other delays due to unforeseen situations that may occur.

Think Bricks is based on Greece. All orders that ship to the European Union are not susceptible to customs.

For  all orders outside the European Union buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes or VAT that may apply. Think Bricks is not responsible for delays due to customs. The value of the product is written on all packages.

An order can be canceled only before we ship. To cancel, please send an e-mail to thinkbricks.info@gmail.com with a note cancel order and your order number.

Yes, you can return your order for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product(s). In this case, you will have to pay the return shipping cost. You can choose any way or any company to return the item, but a tracking number will be required (as it was when sent to you). Also, any receipt or invoice that was included in the package must be included too.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

You will receive a full refund at a maximum of 30 calendar days from the day we receive the product back.

When we ship your order you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with all the information you need to track your package, company tracking number, link. This way you can always contact the company with your tracking number.

If a product is out of stock you can always contact  through e-mail and leave a request or give us a call at +30 215 5653098. We will let you know when it’s available again.

Shipping can be brutal sometimes … In this case, you have nothing to worry about, all we need is to e-mail us at thinkbricks.info@gmail.com your order number along with photos of the item with the packaging. We will make sure a brand-new product is sent for free asap or provide a full refund if you wish so.

Of course, as long as we have enough bricks available. Please contact us at thinkbricks.info@gmail.com about the product and the quantity you are interested in. Large quantities always come with a special discount!

A box to tick for gift wrap is available at an extra cost of 2.00 euro on each product.
It appears as soon as you choose the product under the add to card button.

Yes there is!
At checkout, you will be asked for your shipping address.
If you wish to send it to someone else please tick the box “Ship to a different address?”
You write the address you want it shipped to and  then there is a question:
“Should we include the receipt in the package? ”
Choose: “Yes, include it” If you just want it shipped to a different address
or
“No do not include the receipt in the package, this is a gift” if you want it to be a gift.

*Important: This option does not include gift wrap which is an extra charge option shown when you choose the product.

You can pay with:

3. Cash on delivery with an extra fee of + 4.00 € (available only for Greece)
